Job Description

Elite Insurance Brokers (Cambodia) Plc is a leading and faster growing company of Cambodia’s insurance broker in insurance industry.We are urgently looking for 5 competitive Business Development Officers to assist us expands our business by actively seeking and acquiring our existing clients and new customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or handle existing ones
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Prepare reports to team leader on the success of your business endeavors
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
  • Fulfill all company-established policy obligation

Job Requirements:

  • Fourth-year student / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics (priority)
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English/ Chinese skills
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, Microsoft Word, Excel,..
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Self confidence and polite, commitment, discipline, honest and enthusiastic
  • Keep on learning (encourage)
