Executive Chairwoman
Kong started her career in insurance industry in 2006 as a management trainee with a leading general insurance company in Cambodia. Being a management trainee, she was rotated to various important departments from business development, finance, underwriting to claims.
The rotation gave her the opportunity to expose to full spectrum of insurance operations. With her unique personalities for being outgoing, brave, caring, and responsible, she decided that the best position for her is to serve and service the clients. Her business development and client servicing skills has earned her strong recognition in the industry. To her, there is nothing more important than providing the best services to her clients and ensure that their interests are always protected. She holds Bachelor and Business Administration from National University of Management.
She in among a few insurance professionals to have obtained the title of Chartered Insurer from Chartered Insurance Institute based in United Kingdom in addition to being awarded Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the same institute and Advanced Diploma in Insurance from Malaysian Insurance Institute. She has also attended many training courses. She speaks Khmer and English fluently.

Mr. Reth Sopharith

Chief Executive Officer
Sopharith is among a few pioneers in Cambodia’s general insurance industry and has seen both opportunities and challenges that the industry has gone through so far. He started his career in insurance in 2004 with a leading general insurance company.
When he joined the industry, he brought with him a few years of leadership, customer services and technical background where he used to work in airlines and pharmaceutical sectors. His decision to join the insurance industry is because of his passion to take a new challenge. This has paved his way to unlock his potential in business development, customer service and leadership skills. His commitment, personality, experiences and achievements have made him one of the rising stars in insurance industry. He has held various management positions.
He holds Master of Business Administration from National University of Management. Top equip himself with insurance knowledge and expertise, he attended training and has now been qualified and admitted as senior Associate CIP from Australian and News Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He has also been warded Advanced Diploma in Insurance from Malaysian Insurance Institute. He speaks Khmer and English fluently.

Mr. Sok Sereyrak

Chief Business Officer
Sereyrak joined insurance industry in 2008 with a leading insurance company. He brought with him years of experiences in administration, leadership and hospitality from tourism and airlines industries.
It was not an easy decision for him to switch from a stable career to a more challenging job in a new industry where not many people understand benefits of insurance. What set him unique from his peers is his experience derived from his works in provincial branch of the company. That gave him the exposure on how to handle customers and complaints in a different way from that being seen in the city. With his humble and friendly personalities, he is highly capable of servicing clients and understanding their needs. People working with always give him a high level of respect and trust.
Sereyrak holds Bachelor of Education from Institute of Foreign Languages (Royal University of Phnom Penh). He has also attended many training courses from insurance courses, sales, leadership to management skills. He is also member of Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom. He speaks Khmer and English fluently.

Mrs. Ros Angkearith

Chief Operation Officer
Angkearith has been in insurance industry since 2003. Through her humble start, she has developed herself to be one of highly qualified insurance professionals in general insurance.
She has had experiences in handling customer services, underwriting insurance policies from property, motor to personal accident, as well as assisting in various difference ad-hoc projects. Her commitment, hard works and attention to details has earned her praise and recognition from her colleagues and the company where she used to work for.
She holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of English from University of Puthisastra. With her strong belief in continuous learning and develop a high level of professionalism, she attended training and has now been qualified and admitted as Senior Associate CIP from Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. She has also been awarded Advanced Diploma in Insurance from Malaysian Insurance Institute. She speaks Khmer and English fluently.
